Earlier or later check in times can be arranged on request. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements.

Guests checking out must vacate their accommodations by 10:00 a.m.


2. Reservations and cancellation policies

Reservations can be made either by phone or e-mail. When booking, please specify your check-in and check-out dates, the number of people in your party, how many children will be staying (if any) and their ages, and the type of accommodation in which you are interested.

Your reservation will be confirmed upon payment of a deposit of 30% of the total booking by wire transfer, postal money order or credit card.

  • The balance of the total amount is due upon check-in. Payments may also be made by debit and credit card.
  • In low season, no penalty will be charged if you cancel your reservation up to 5 days before check-in. If you cancel or amend your reservation 5 days before check-in or later, you will be charged a penalty equal to the rate for the first night.
  • In high season, i.e. from 15th June 2019 to 13th September 2019, and during busy periods like long weekends and holidays, no penalty will be charged if you cancel your reservation up to 14 days before check-in. If you cancel or amend your reservation 14 days before check-in or later, you will be charged a penalty of 50%.

3. Rates

Room rates include overnight stay, breakfast and daily housekeeping. The extra bed rate is €15 per day.

Apartments are offered on a self-catering basis, bed linen is changed weekly. A one-time check out cleaning fee of €15 is charged (mandatory).

Rates include the following services: air conditioning, heating, access to the pool, use of bicycles and Wi-Fi in common areas.

From 15th March to 15th October, a mandatory city tax is charged at a rate of €1 per person per day, for all guests from 14 years of age and for a maximum of 7 days.


4. Children’s rates

All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using cots/cribs. Extra bed rate for children aged 3 and above is €15 per day.


5. Breakfast

The buffet breakfast is served in the Olive Room from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

For guests staying in the apartments, breakfast is not included in the rate and is offered for an extra charge of €5 per person.


6. Housekeeping and change of linen and towels

The rooms are cleaned daily; towels are changed every 3 days, bed linen is changed weekly.

Apartments are cleaned weekly, bed linen is changed weekly, whereas towels are changed every three days. Extra linen or towels are available for an extra charge of €5 per set of towels per person, €3 per set of bed linen. Guests need to ensure that the kitchen is clean, dishes, pots/pans and utensils are washed and trash is disposed of when vacating their apartment. Failure to comply will result in an additional €100 charge for extra cleaning.


7. Facilities

Rooms and apartments are equipped with individual gas heating, air conditioning, mini-fridge, refrigerator and TV set. Bathrooms are equipped with shower, hair dryer and complimentary toiletries.


8. Car park

Unattended private parking lot on the estate is available free of charge.


9. Swimming pool

The estate’s swimming pool is 8.5 by 12 metres and goes from 1.20 m to 2 m deep. There is no lifeguard on duty. Minors may only use the swimming pool if accompanied by a parent or a responsible adult. A swim cap is not required, however some basic hygiene and safety rules must be observed (please read the swimming pool regulation). The swimming pool is open from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

10. Pets

Your pets are welcome to stay, at a charge €5.00 each, provided that they are well behaved and socialised. Dogs must be kept on a leash in common areas and during breakfast.


11. Lost property

Do not leave valuables in your accommodations. The management is not responsible for lost or stolen property.


12. Responsible use and respect for the environment

You chose a vacation to be in contact with nature. Please help us respect it and protect the environment. Try to limit the consumption of water, gas and electricity, by turning off lights and thermostat when not needed or when you leave.


13. Peace and quiet are priceless. Please help us preserve them.
